- All in-person worship services, events, meetings, and business at the church will continued to be cancelled through April 30th.
- Pastor Toby will be broadcasting modified services on our Facebook page at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesdays (during Lent) and 9:00 A.M. on Sundays during this time. You do not need a Facebook account to be able to watch; just search for Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Johnstown. - We are still asking that no one stop in the church while the country/state/county is on lockdown. - Office hours for Ashley & Pastor Toby will vary based on PA shutdown & quarantine rules. Please leave a message on the church answering machine or call Pastor Toby directly if you need pastoral assistance. - Our cleaning practices have been modified so that the building will be appropriately cleaned and disinfected upon reopening. We realize the level of inconvenience a prolonged closing like this causes but pray for your understanding throughout the next month. Being proactive and cautious does not change our faith that God will take care of us. The Lord understands that we must take care of our church family and ourselves.

Out of precaution and care for the churches of the Allegheny Synod, Bishop Michael Rhyne has recommended that in person worship services be suspended to help reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) through April 1st. This will help to protect the most vulnerable among us.
Here are some of the changes you need to know about Trinity: - All in-person worship services and events at the church will be cancelled until April 5th. This includes Sunday services on March 22 & 29 and midweek Lenten services on March 18, 25, and April 1. - Pastor Toby will be broadcasting modified services on our Facebook page at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesdays and 9:00 A.M. on Sundays during this time. You do not need a Facebook account to be able to watch; just search for Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Johnstown. - Out of an abundance of caution, we are asking that no one stop in the church beginning March 18th through at least April 1st. We are trying to limit person-to-person contact. - Office hours for Ashley & Pastor Toby will vary through April 1st. Please leave a message on the church answering machine or call Pastor Toby directly if you need pastoral assistance. - Mail in your Easter flower orders or email them to [email protected] by March 31st - Our cleaning practices have been modified so that the building will be appropriately cleaned and disinfected upon reopening. - Spring Homebound gifts should not be picked up until April 5th or later. The nursing homes are on lockdown and contact with our homebound members should be avoided for their safety. We realize the level of inconvenience a prolonged closing like this causes but pray for your understanding over the next few weeks. Being proactive and cautious does not change our faith that God will take care of us. The Lord understands that we must take care of our church family and ourselves. Third Sunday in Lent
